Video bio of Bob Ross, inducted to Indiana Broadcast Pioneers Hall of Fame in 2020; Although a native of Florida, Bob Ross lived and worked in Muncie, Indiana. His “Joy of Painting” program is still nationally and internationally syndicated and was produced at WIPB-TV, a community PBS station affiliated with Ball State University.
