[motion picture] Presents critical classroom incidents which require a decision on the part of the teacher and which involve teacher-pupil, teacher-parent, and teacher-administrator relationships. Examines the implication of such factors as having students stay after school, fighting in the classroom, grading, seating arrangement, shyness, and grade placement. Explains there are two parts to the decision-making process: determining whether or not a problem exists and then identifying alternative strategies for dealing with it.
