Summary
[motion picture] Explains that water is continually leveling the land and uses animation to show the processes of weathering, erosion, transportation, and deposition. Provides examples of each process through selected scenes in various countries. Points out that man's efforts to protect vegetation and harness water power and natural phenomena like volcanoes, which increase the surface of the earth by raising land above sea level, act to retard the leveling process.
