Dr. Anne Allen was interviewed by Kristie White as part of the Floyd County Bicentennial Oral History Project, which commemorates Indiana's bicentennial by recording the past and present experiences of New Albany and Floyd County residents.  During the interview, Anne Allen covers her childhood until she moved to Floyd County, her various teaching jobs, and her life in Floyd County.
