Summary
[motion picture] Examines some of the processes and people involved in nuclear physics through an experiment conducted at the renowned cyclotron facility at Indiana University, Bloomington.  A team of four physicists sets out to test the validity of a commonly held theory on particle movement.  Viewers get to know them and their work during the four-day experiment, sharing in their frustrations and their findings.  The complex workings of the cyclotron and the intricacies of particle movement are also carefully detailed.
