Travelogue documenting Bailey's trip on the Queen Anna Maria Greek Line in 1965. The ship makes stops in Malta, Egypt, Israel, Morocco, Greece, Turkey, Gibraltar, and Israel. A brief shot of New York City is seen in the middle of the film (it may not have been edited chronologically). Bailey captures extensive footage of local people and street scenes in large cities as well as many people working as fishermen, agricultural workers, and vendors in small markets. Notable landmarks include: St. Paul's Square and Cathedral (Malta), the acropolis at Alexandria, Montaza Palace, Cairo Citadel, Mount of Beatitudes and St. Peter's Church (Israel), the Blue Mosque, Athens acropolis, Achilleion Palace, and São Jorge Castle. Other highlights include Bailey riding a camel in Cairo, feeding a wild monkey in Gibraltar, and a man in a ghutrah disembarking a plane and waving to the crowd in Greece - possibly Saud bin Abdulaziz.

In Paris, Bailey visits the Palace of Versailles, Notre Dame, Tuileries Garden, Chartres Cathedral, and the Sorbonne, which she once attended as a student.

Documents a safari and hunting expedition in East Africa taken by Dr. Clarence E. Fronk (1883-1968), a surgeon and big-game hunter from Honolulu. Fronk and his crew observe, photograph, and hunt numerous animals, including leopards, rhinos, giraffes, water buffalo, zebras, and elephants. The group also interacts with a local Maasai tribe and captures a demonstration of their hunting methods. Describes the ideal qualities of lion trophies as Fronk seeks his prize. Depicts a graphic butchering of an African elephant and the removal of its tusks.
Footage of Bailey's trip across the Soviet Empire in 1957 offering a rich depiction of life under Soviet rule. Features many street scenes capturing local culture in the former Soviet Union, Ukraine, Warsaw, and East Berlin. Numerous depictions of Lenin, in commemorative art, can be seen throughout. The film focuses both on large cities and rural landscapes, where women notably join men in performing hard labor in the fields. Bailey documented trips to many landmarks ; in Leningrad, this includes the Winter Palace, Admirality Tower, Senate Square, Alexander Column, and Peterhof Palace ; in Kiev, the National Opera, St. Sophia's Cathedral, and the Verkhovna Rada building ; in Moscow, the Bolshoi Theatre, Cathedral Square, Red Square, St. Basil's Cathedral, the Grand Kremlin Palace, and many examples of Stalinist architecture ; in Warsaw, the Ghetto Heroes Monument and stone reliefs of workers on Marszałkowska street ; in Berlin, the ruins of the Reichstag, St. Hedwig's Cathedral, and a monument to Soviet soldiers in World War II. The specter of the war lingers throughout as many cities still sport heavy damage from bombing - particularly Berlin and Stalingrad.
